Our Flea Policy

If your dog arrives for their groom with fleas we will contact you for immediate collection to prevent and limit contamination of our groom room. 

The groom cannot go ahead and the full cost of the groom will be payable.  

We are an at-home, small business and a dog with fleas can cause closure for 24 hours or more.  

The cost incurred and time taken to clean the groom room of fleas far exceeds the cost of one groom. We are grateful for you checking your dog thoroughly before drop off.
