We understand sometimes you may need to cancel your groom with us. We are a small business and would therefore appreciate as much notice as possible to allow us to fill your spot and rearrange your appointment.
Any groom cancelled within 24 of the arranged appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the groom cost.
